No claims or disputes regarding the award will be entertained after this deadline. By participating in the event, all applicants acknowledge and agree to these legally binding and enforceable terms and conditions. 4- Subscription and Billing Cycle Your subscription will begin on the day of your registration and expires on the same day of the following month 5- Credit / Debit Card Information If you choose to pay by electronic card you will be redirected to the Maldives Payment Gateway of Bank of Maldives for you to enter the card details and the necessary processing. We will not be able to see, capture or store your card details and any other information you may enter at the Maldives Payment Gateway. All communications between Signal TV and Maldives Payment Gateway are encrypted using TLS/SSL protocol. Once payment processing is completed successfully, customers have the choice to send the bank payment slip to their preferred email OR to take a screenshot. Participant Information The Filmmaker must provide Signal TV with detailed information about all individuals involved in the production, including but not limited to cast, crew, and third-party contributors. This should be included in the submitting form of description. Poster Size Set the dimensions: Width: 4 inches Height: 6 inches Video Format All short films must be submitted in MP4 format, following the technical specifications provided by Signal TV. Not less than 2 minutes, not more than 10 minutes. Otherwise, video will be rejected. The shared video must be accessible via a Google Drive link, allowing the link to view and download the file. Copy the video link from Google Drive and paste it in the designated field. Follow these steps to share your video via Google Drive: Upload the Video: Open Google Drive and click the "+ New" button. Awful (✵)– and perhaps offensive but definitely a bad film. These get my Next category because I’m ready to move on! 2. Mediocre (✵✵)– may have made it to the end, but have no desire to ever think about it again 3. Decent (✵✵✵)– held my interest throughout, but I probably don’t need to see it again 4. Outstanding (✵✵✵✵)– I’d watch again without hesitation 5. Perfect (✵✵✵✵✵)– I’d like to own. These titles get assigned either Must-see or Classic categories. Sometimes both! In the judging process, judges shall be provided only with the film's title, poster, and a brief description. Judges will not have access to the names or identities of the competitors while assessing and scoring entries. Competitor identities will be revealed to the judges only after all scores have been finalized and submitted. This arrangement is implemented to ensure impartiality in scoring and to avoid any potential biases.
